Ryan Parfett - Head Professional of Golden Swing Golf Academies

Our Head Professional Ryan Parfett is more than a Successful Golf Teacher, he is also a Performance Coach & Golf Psychologist, he has over 20 years experience both playing & coaching with some of the best players & coaches in the world, travelling to over 20 countries in this time.
Extensive studying and experience has made Ryan one of the most knowledgeable & skilled coaches available. This has brought Ryan to a level today where he was recently voted one of the Worlds Top 60 Coaches by 'Golf Teaching Pro' magazine. The most valuable skill Ryan has is the ability to find the most beneficial change or learning for you & the easiest & quickest way for you to achieve this. He can do this using accelerated learning techniques, from his studies in NLP, Sports Psychology, Hypnotherapy & Mental Magic.
Ryan also has had a successful playing career including highlights such as; two years as 'Most Valuable Player' in the University of Martin Tennessee golf team and representing the Great Britain & Ireland Team in the World Golf Teachers Cup in Las Vegas in 2007.
Ryan is now based at the Montgomerie Maxx Royal Golf Club in Belek Turkey and has taken up his new position as Head Professional of Golden Swing Golf Academies.
Martin Cummins - Head Professional of La Herreria Golf Academy (Spain)

Martin is a Head Professional of La Herreria Golf Academy, and brings a wealth of experience to our teaching facility. During the past fifteen years as a professional, Martin has changed the way that coaching is given by devising new and interesting methods of teaching, which has also involved him designing teaching aids that are now used worldwide.
Many players from the European Tour have sought Martin to further their game, and many have won tournaments under his guidance. As an Academy Director in England he built the largest junior golf school in England with over 300 children attending classes every week. Juniors from his school have won many national titles, including the current English Ladies Champion, and many have gone on to represent their country and join the professional ranks.
Martin does not just teach elite players he enjoys coaching players of all standards and can structure classes to suit all levels.
Gert Velsberg – Head Professional of Viipurin Golf Academy (Finland)
Languages: Finnish, English, Estonian, Russian and German
Gert started playing golf in 1997. After eight successful years as an Estonian National Squad player he turned professional in 2007. He made his PGA training in Finland and is member of Estonian PGA certified by PGAs of Europe.
His career as teacher begun in 2005, by making junior trainings on course`s located near the beautiful city of Pärnu. Two years later he started working as a Head Professional of White Beach Golfand has been consulting Estonian U18 National Team.
In 2011 Gert joined team of GoldenSwing to look for new challenges abroad.
José Manuel Aparicio Benito – Assistant Professional of La Herreria Golf Academy (Spain)

´Josema´ has been a professional since 2002, and attached to the Real Golf de Club La Herreria, where he played as an amateur from the age of eleven, under the guidance of his father Mariano Aparicio, who himself is a professional golfer. Both as an amateur and a professional he was awarded scholarships from 1998 to 2005 for representing the Madrid Golf Federation.
He played as a professional on the Spanish National Tour (Circuito Peugeot de Golf) as well as the Professional Tour of Madrid from 2002 to 2007, obtaining many high finishes. Josema, a fully qualified member of the PGA of Spain, has also attended many courses to offer the widest range of classes, including golf classes suitable for physically and mentally handicapped children. He has a strong relationship with many local schools, especially in the San Lorenzo del Escorial area.
In 2011 he successfully completed the Golden Swing coaching seminar and now is conversant with high level coaching equipment such as DartFish, SAM Puttlab and Flightscope.

Rasit Guney - Director of Belek Golf Academy (Turkey)
Rasit started working at Golden Swing from the very beginning of the company. Rasit is now in charge of all operations of the company in Turkey. He is not a great golfer, but a good manager. Very helpful to all clients.

Lale Marasli - Sales & Purchasing Manager, (Turkey)
Lale joined the team in 2008 and took her position as Sales & Purchasing Manager. Making sure the purchasing deals with suppliers are the best possible for us is important skill that Lale has. Her eye for quality in a brand & knowing the markets we supply also makes her priceless.
Lale often travels in Europe to suppliers ensuring the next seasons lines are suitable for her high standards and are of a fashion to suit our clientele.

Andrey Lukyanov Jr - General Manager of Golden Swing Ltd. (Spain)
Andrey has studied a BBA with a specialization in Sport Management in the European University in Switzerland and then a Master Degree in Marketing Management in the IE Business School in Madrid.
He always dreamed to work in Sport related business. He is very interested in the development and management of professional athletes and hopes he can help Golden Swing to create future golf stars.

Markus Iitiä Operative Director of Viipurin Golf Academy (Finland)
Markus has Masters degree in Physical Education and starts our new project in Lappeenranta.
Markus is now managing all the operations of the "Golden Swing" company in Kahilanniemi, Finland. Before this work Markus has been working as a p.e.teacher in Lappeenranta Kesämäenrinne school. One of he's hobbys is politics and at the moment he is a board member of Lappeenranta City.
Markus started to play golf 1989. He enjoyed playing and plays still - sometimes on the fairways sometimes in the forest...
Ostap Lukyanov - General Manager of Golden Swing Ltd.
Ostap has studied BBA in Switzerland and PG in Golf Management in Spain. After finishing his studies in the Costa del Golf in Spain and being full of new ideas, Ostap created the “Golden Swing” brand and started up a business in 2008 in Turkey with the first Golden Swing Academy at The Montgomerie Golf Club in Belek. Ostap is a big fan of golf and is very dedicated to his business. He loves to generate new ideas and bring them into reality.
